My project was removed from Google Index. I wonder why? So I started this page. To explore Googlebot behavior and log changes.

Long time ago - Google indexed my pages if memory serves me well.
2016-09-09 - I realized that site:emer.cz did not appear on Google search results. Only site:forum.emer.cz (I don't know how this link was crafted). Name forum.emer.cz landed to emer.cz because of DNS wildcard on my domain. So I started to use Google Search Console - added Web service http://emer.cz/ and saw zero indexed pages. Googlebot crawled my domain including my project.
2016-09-13 - setting Apache to redirect (301 Moved Permanently) all wildcarded domain names (*.emer.cz) to http://emer.cz/.
2016-09-17 - last visit of Googlebot on my project pages.
2016-09-18 - Google Search Console reports 304 indexed pages - most of them are from external link to one our gallery. My project is indexed (I think).
2016-09-25 - Google Search Console reports 301 indexed pages. My project is not indexed. Difference (-3) is related to number of my project pages.
2016-10-01 - I created this page. Googlebot still avoiding my project pages. Other pages are crawled. Disallow galleries in robots.txt. This page grabbed by Googlebot.
2016-10-04 - index is still 301.
2016-10-12 - index 301, but 5 blocked (my adds to robots.txt). My project is indexed. Hurray. The keywords (18) are suboptimal. My fault. My project impressions: 3 (probably my testing) and zero clicks.
2016-10-19 - index 298, 5 blocked, 12 keywords, (updated according to http://emer.cz/index.html, but none added from my project), 6 impressions.
2016-10-31 - nana 7 impressions, 11 links, index 276, 115 blocked, 35 keywords.
2016-12-17 - nana 4 impressions (last 28 days), 11 links, index 135 (116 blocked), keywords are retired.
2017-01-01 - nana 6 impressions, 10 links, index 135 (116 blocked).
2017-02-02 - nana 6 impressions, 60 links, index 135 (1 blocked).
2017-03-08 - nana 5 impressions, 56 links, index 132 (2 blocked).
2017-04-01 - nana 2 impressions, 50 links, index 113, (2 blocked).
2017-04-30 - nana 13 impressions, 1 click, 33 links, index 102 (1 blocked).
2017-05-31 - nana 10 impressions, 1 click, 26 links, index 3 (2 blocked).
2017-06-30 - nana 19 impressions, 1 click, 33 links, index 3 (2 blocked).
2017-08-06 - nana 26 impressions, 3 clicks, 31 links, index 3 (2 blocked).
2017-09-12 - nana 10 impressions, 36 links, index 3 (1 blocked).
2017-09-14 - nanynka.org added to Google Search Console.
2017-09-20 - nanynka.org index 1.
2017-09-28 - nana moved from emer.cz/nana to nanynka.org.
2017-11-01 - emer.cz/nana: 11 impressions, average position 55.8, link from nanynka.org (there is no such link). nanynka.org/download: 1 impression, average position 86.
2017-12-10 - nanynka.org: 13 impressions, average position 13.5, index 2. The links are straight (without an existing redirect in the middle - good).
2017-12-31 - nanynka.org: 16 impressions, average position 15.1.
2018-09-16 - nanynka.org: 96 impressions, 6 clicks, average position 11.6.
2018-10-03 - nanynka.org: 5 impressions, average position 7.2.
2018-10-09 - Google Search Console sent me a mail about Coverage issue: Indexed but blocked by robots.txt. Lesson learned: crawling (Disallow in robots.txt) and indexing (HTTP header X-Robots-Tag noindex) are two different things.
